We advise sponsors, developers, contractors, and financiers on the delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Our expertise spans transport, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure, with a focus on complex cross-border developments and public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Our support covers the full project lifecycle—from procurement and risk allocation to contract drafting, project execution, claims management, and dispute resolution. We have extensive experience handling complex construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation, helping clients protect their interests and achieve commercially viable outcomes in challenging environments.

With deep sector knowledge and regional insight, we assist clients in navigating regulatory frameworks, managing risk, and ensuring successful project delivery.
