Mergers & Acquisitions

We advise corporates, private equity houses, and sovereign investors on complex M&A transactions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Our experience spans public and private M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs, and cross-border acquisitions, often in highly regulated or developing markets.

With deep regional insight and strong local networks, we help clients structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that align with their strategic objectives while managing legal, regulatory and political risk. We deliver clear, commercially focused advice, enabling clients to unlock value and navigate complexity with confidence.
