Project, Contract & Claims Management

We advise sponsors, developers, contractors, and lenders on the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex project contracts across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Our experience spans the full project lifecycle — from procurement and risk allocation to contract administration and dispute avoidance.

We also support clients in navigating claims, variations and time-related issues under major standard forms (including FIDIC, NEC and bespoke agreements). With deep sector expertise and regional insight, we help clients anticipate challenges, preserve entitlements, and maintain project momentum.
