With over a decade of experience in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, Oliver Alexander specializes in advising German and European clients on their business activities within the Gulf. His expertise focuses on commercial law, international and commercial arbitration, and dispute resolution in the construction sector. He is also recognized as one of the first movers into the Sub-Saharan African legal market, having established the firm’s presence in Accra, Ghana.

Petra Kuhn

Petra Kuhn is a French attorney registered in Lyon, with over two decades of experience. Based in Berlin, she provides expert legal advice to corporations on Franco-German business law and offers personalized services to private clients in the areas of cross-border real estate transactions, wealth and estate planning. She also specializes in the administration of estates under both Franco-German legal frameworks.

Yannick Koné Dossongui, LL.M.

Yannick Koné Dossongui is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to both the Paris and Côte d’Ivoire Bars, with a focus on banking, finance, capital markets (ISDA), insurance, and corporate law. He also has significant experience in real estate transactions and litigation.

Cephas Tettey Omenyo

Cephas Tettey Omenyo is a lawyer from Ghana. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of London in 2014 and was admitted to the Ghana Bar Association in 2016. In addition to his legal training, he holds a BA. in Economics from the University of Ghana. His professional experience covers corporate law, civil litigation and taxation.
