International Private Law

As an internationally oriented law firm, we are aware of globalization, which also affects people´s private investor behaviour and life planning. In addition to companies, we also advise private individuals on their legal issues with international relevance, in particular German-French real estate, inheritance and gift law, including the corresponding tax law expertise.

Our team supports our clients in all matters relating to foreign real estate (if necessary also those in the inheritance) including the acquisition with the preparation and examination of property purchase agreements as well as the assistance with real estate transactions and investments in France and Germany.

We represent our clients comprehensively in all questions of asset and succession planning, in particular in the handling of German-French inheritance and gift cases as well as in asset succession, provision and configuration in German-French context, especially to avoid double Taxation.

Not only do we have a multilingual team of advisors and corresponding network of competent partners in Germany and abroad, but we also employ several lawyers licensed in France, thereby guaranteeing our clients optimum representation.
