Led by its partner Nicolas Bremer Alexander & Partner advises Mitsubishi and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation on Saudi Arabian merger control matters pertaining to the acquisition of a stake in HERE Technologies.
Alexander & Partner (A&P) has advised Mitsubishi Corporation (Mitsubishi) and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) on merger control matters pertaining to the acquisition of a 30 percent stake in HERE Technologies through their newly established, jointly owned SPV COCO Tech Holding B.V. HERE Technologies is a provider of mapping and location data, navigation software and related services.
A&P advised Mitsubishi and NTT as counsel for merger control matters under Saudi Arabian law through and in close cooperation with lead counsel Mayer Brown. As such A&P assisted Mitsubishi and NTT in procuring clearance for the transaction from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), the Saudi Arabian merger control authority.
