Cephas Tettey Omenyo is a lawyer from Ghana. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of London in 2014 and was admitted to the Ghana Bar Association in 2016. In addition to his legal training, he holds a BA. in Economics from the University of Ghana. His professional experience covers corporate law, civil litigation and taxation.

Before joining Alexander & Partner, Cephas Omenyo worked for various corporate law firms and was the Deputy Head of Legal of a leading international microfinance group in Ghana. He also held the position as Assistant Revenue Officer with the transfer pricing unit of the Ghana Revenue Authority where he co-developed the current transfer pricing regulations that guide transfer pricing audits in Ghana.

Within the team of Alexander & Partner, he is responsible for providing legal services and advice to clients regarding their business activities in Ghana, covering market entry, set up and other legal issues arising out of Ghanaian laws and regulations, as well as contract drafting and analysis and dispute resolution among others.
