Julia Mohamad was born in Berlin. After graduating from high school (A-levels), she studied law at the University of Potsdam and Arabic at the University of Damascus, Syria.
Ms. Mohamad completed her legal clerkship in Berlin, where she is admitted to the bar. During her legal training, Ms. Mohamad worked at the German Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she dealt with international legal issues, and at an Irish law firm in Dublin, which specializes in corporate and commercial law.
Before joining Alexander & Partner, Julia Mohamad worked as an assistant editor for Deutsche Welle. She also completed various internships, among others, at the legal department of Deutsche Welle and at Ghorfa (Arab-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
Ms. Mohamad is a native speaker in German and Arabic, she is business fluent in English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
