Marie Badiane-Mbuyu is a French lawyer with extensive experience in project finance and legal matters within the energy and technology sectors. She is passionate about the intersection of technology and energy and is committed to developing innovative solutions to address challenges in energy infrastructure.

Marie Badiane-Mbuyu is actively involved in several professional organizations focused on Africa and renewable energy. She has also developed the concept of an energy hub aimed at pooling resources across sectors, including mining, to accelerate the adoption of hydrogen and its derivatives across the continent.

Marie Badiane-Mbuyu holds a Master’s degree (Master 1) in International and European Law (2013), a Postgraduate Diploma in Energy Law from Nanterre University, and a FinTech Certificate from Harvard Business School. She has been listed at the Hauts-de-Seine Bar (Paris Business District) since 2021.

A French-Senegalese national, Marie is fluent in English, German, and French. She supports our office from Paris.
